We can upload all title documents, including the title commitment, underlying support documents, surveys, policies and required forms to an exclusive website which only the client can access through a password. In the alternative, we can download those documents to a CD and deliver overnight for the client's convenience. Once transactions have closed, our personnel insure that title policies, endorsements and any other final title products are completed and delivered to the client in a timely manner.
